This recipe is adapted from @fitchristel ‘s recipe on the @diabetesstrong_ig website, which has a ton of other great easy recipes to check out too if you like this one ????
➡️1 cup fresh raspberries
➡️1 scoop @pescience cake pop protein powder (use code LACEY for discount
➡️¼ cup oats
➡️2 tbsp. lemon juice
1️⃣Preheat oven to 350F
2️⃣Place berries in a small Pyrex oven dish.
3️⃣in a separate bowl, Mix protein powder, oats and lemon juice with a fork or spoon (It should end up as a fairly dry crumble)
4️⃣Chop the almonds into small pieces and mix them with the crumble
5️⃣Spread the crumble on top of the berries.
6️⃣Bake for 15 min.
7️⃣Then set the oven to broil and bake the crumble for another 1-2 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
8️⃣Take out of the oven and allow to cool a little before serving.
