    Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread

    Ingredients:

    • 240grams pumpkin (1cup)
    • 2eggs
    • 56g coconut flour (1/2c)
    • 64g PB (1/4c)
    • 1tsp maple or vanilla extract
    • 3/4tsp baking soda
    •  1/2tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4tsp salt


    Directions:

    – Preheat oven to 350,  mix Ingredients & put in pan (Can do 8 mini bundts or muffins or 1 loaf of bread)

    – bake for ~45min

    – add toppings &  Enjoy!!!
