    5-Ingredient Cookie Dough – Gluten & Egg free

    5-ingredient gluten & egg -free chocolate chip cookie  dough! (This could also be made vegan if you use a vegan protein)
    MACROS per tbsp: 2p 3c 1f (36kcals)


    I used my @kitchenaidusa food processor to make this- it took about 5minutes total. I think you could also use a high speed blender, but it may take a little longer to get it smooth.

    Note: This dough is delicious as a “dough, but- you can ALSO bake the dough to make cookies too if you’d like.
    you can bake at 350F for 10-12min, OR I discovered you can just microwave the dough for 1 Minute & it makes a cookie!

    RECIPE (makes ~2cups or 32TBSP):

    1. place the following Ingredients into a food processor:
      • 1 (drained) can of garbanzo beans (425grams),
      • 1/3cup of cashew or almond milk (I used unsweetened @so_delicious cashew milk),
      • 2 scoops (60grams) of @pescience protein powder flavor of choice – code LACEY saves $$
      • 2tbsp of melted nut butter or coconut oil (I did 1 tbsp of each),
    2. Process food until smooth (this took about 2minutes for me),
    3. then mix in 4tbsp of chocolate chips (I used @enjoylifefoods dark choc chips)
    4. thattts it!!!
    5. Enjoy as dough or you can roll into balls/flatten & bake into cookies as desired! Italso tastes yummy as a spread on rice cakes
      keep leftover dough stored in refrigerator
